So, in my first post here, I’d like to say a bit about myself. I am Rahul Kr. Jha, a prefinal year computer enggineering student from Delhi, India.

Now, Iam not a great software developer, and there’s not a lot of great stuff that I’ve done in the past, but I love software, as a craft, as a science, and most importantly, as a business.

I’ve been reading a lot of blogs about software for a long time, but one thing I’ve consistently missed is the Indian side of the story, how we affect and are being affected by the whole roller coaster ride that the software world has taken, and how we really feel about it. I wanted to express my own views of this world, to anyone who’s intrested(and to check out wordpress;-), hence this blog. I can’t say if a lot of what you read here is going to be very insightful or clever, but it’s going to be honest.

So bear with me ladies and gentlemen, as  I present to you here, The Indian Side of the story, from the perspective of a 19 year old, preparing to take his first steps in this fascinating world of magic and craft.(sorry for the drama, I’d just seen Lord of the Rings;-)

p.s.  I also have a personal blog at www.livejournal.com/users/rahulkumarjha, just in case you were intrested
